Graduating from Waterford High School in 1979, Chuck went on to get his B.A. from Colby College in 1983. Being in the insurance industry for 23 plus years, he has received the designations of Chartered Financial Consultant and Chartered Life Underwriter. Chuck currently resides in Mystic, CT, with his wife Barbara, his daughter Isabelle and his son Connor.
